3.How can we guarantee quality?
For radio OEM orders, there is always a pre-production sample before mass production; materials are always inspected from the start, and the final inspection is before our shipment.
For DJI drones, we are unable to offer sample since they are high-valued products. Most importantly, we offer brand-new products.
4.How about a warranty?
We don't offer a warranty for DJI brand-new products.
We offer an 18-month warranty for the radio and 6 months for accessories. If you find any defective, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving it; thanks a lot!
